At the initial stage of a project, AZEK prepares a preliminary Master Document List (MDL) based on the scope of work defined by the client. This document outlines the engineering deliverables required for the project.
Following this step, the proposed MDL and engineering scope are reviewed and discussed with the client in order to ensure alignment with project requirements and expectations. After agreement on the scope of engineering services, AZEK prepares a project time schedule indicating the planned timeline for engineering activities, including the preparation and submission of engineering documents. Engineering deliverables are issued according to the agreed document schedule, typically beginning with Revision 0 submissions for client review and approval. All documents are prepared following structured document numbering and coding systems to ensure clear traceability and document management throughout the project lifecycle.
